Emails not being received by '[email protected]'

Hi everyone,

When sending an ‘invite’ or ‘reset password’ email from Bubble, it doesn’t seem to be sending to Outlook/hotmail.

I’ve had a look through the forums and a couple of years ago a topic was closed as it was ‘resolved’. Is this an issue caused by SendGrid? And if so, does anyone have any helpful suggestions, please?

If it is SendGrid, I’m surprised Bubble continue to use this as the default email service.
