Dynamic data in text box must be printable as text, but instead this is a element.
That’s the error that I’m getting.

I’ve deleted the entire page an recreated it but the error is the same.
Is this a bug? Or am I bugging it?

It should say value on the end of your expression where it says more. Just click on the more and a drop down should show then select 's value and that should fix it.
