Export Group as image, including other elements in group?

I want to fill a group with data from my database. The group background would be an image from a certain data type. Over the image I would overlay other data from the database, e.g. a username and a date.

Then I want to export and save the whole group as an image.

How is that possible?

Is there maybe a plugin that would solve this?
