@kate.mcnally There needs to be a way to expand all child elements of a particular parent element, currently we only have an option to expand the entire tree, which is helpful in some cases, but more often than not, developers need an ability to expand a particular parent element to see all of the child elements. Please add the ability to expand the children elements of specific parent elements.
We need an ability for clicking the icon to view the element for the canvas to scroll to the element, so it is actually visible in the sense of centered on the screen, not just the sense of is it hidden or not…additionally, when clicking to see the element, after or at the same exact time of scrolling to the element on the canvas, it needs to also open the elements dialogue box.
Currently, we have this functionality if we click the element types icon on the far left, but not when we click the eye icon, so when the element is actually not visible, we need to first click the eye icon to make it visible and then click the element type icon to scroll on the canvas to the element and have the element’s dialogue box open…not a particular good UX design, and leads to extra clicks, which equals longer development time.
We need an ability for when we click reveal this in the element tree that the element tree not only shows the element, but also the element is made visible on the canvas
