Floating Group Showing Below Background Image

Hi there,

I am trying to implement a floating group as a side menu, however I’m running into some visual bugs with it.

As you can see the side menu toggles when I click it, however the floating group that it’s toggling is showing up below the background image which I have on my homepage. What’s more is that the text elements I put within that floating group are showing above the background image of the home page like they should. But if the text elements are in the floating group, then how is the floating group showing up behind the background image and the text elements are showing up in front of the background image? Any ideas?

**For clarity, the blurred out image on the above photo is the background image on the homepage

I thought this floating group would show above the other page elements if I set the floating zindex to “above elements” but it’s still having this issue.

Does the FG itself have a background, or is it transparent?

Ok, interesting idea there. The text elements within the floating group show in the foreground, so why not just add a background to those text elements? I went one step further and added another group within the floating group and changed that background, and it seems to be working the way I want it to.
