Full calendar change time slot

Hi, I’m using basic full calendar plugin by bubble.

I’m using week & month view calendar and I need these functions

  1. customize time slot : default time slot is 12am-11:59pm and I want to set time slot by people (such as for some people 10 am - 3 pm, for some people 1pm-7pm)

  2. make it more beautiful, my customer says it looks ugly and looks like excel.

Can I handle this by adding javascript and css?

Please give me a hint how to do this…!!
