Full calendar plugin start and end time

Hi guys,
I need some help with full calendar bubble plugin. I would like to define start and end time for calendar (i.e. working hours starts at 08:00 and end at 17:00). I do not want all 24 hours to show. And I would like to show hours text for every 30 min (i.e. 08:00, 08:30, 09:00) or every 15 min duration event better…is it possible to customize somehow?
