I’m making software for managing routes. I am creating a calendar page, which I want to pull data from the user’s “client” list and populate it into the calendar. The feature allows users to click the day of the week they are serviced (Sunday-Saturday), then automatically add it to the calendar. I do not want to add the “clients” to the calendar using a date Field Type, but a text, so that all the user has to do is select a day of the week. Is there a way to convert text to a date/recurring date so I can display it in a calendar? Or is there a different way I can do this?

Thank you so much! I’ll give it a whirl. When I set the “day” state in the workflow, should I set it as a date or a text?
NVM. Figured that out. Now I am encountering an error on my workflow to set the State as Day. Its saying more info is needed on my end but not on yours.
type should be “date” not a “text”
I changed that. My workflow to set state is still saying more info is needed. What should I put there?
Also, how do I create a workflow for a dropdown? It is not letting me start the same workflow you have for it.
I think I resolved that. All thats left is the “Text 3.Saved day:logged_”, When i add the formatting, I cannot see the different format options available like you can in your account. Why is that?
