if I make any changes to the bubble, will the application be automatically updated? how will this work?
Once it’s out all will be explained in details
But yeah, that’s a possibility. The native app has the ability to draw from the Bubble app database automatically and then reform its native components, can change from details to having an entirely different native app page.
another question, is the performance fast? Will the application work via group or page display?
many users are looking forward to its creation including me, it would be great to have just a taste of how things will work, this will help to kill the anxiety too
It’s a native app that works offline too, independent of your Bubble app. So yep, fast.
But there’s a webview component so you can have your Bubble app shown inside it, and then it depends on your Bubble app’s speed.
Possibly, when improvements are made, I’ll make available some tricks to ease in the loading times, even if they exist they will go unnoticed or be fun to the end user. This will help with single page apps initial loading times.
Hahah don’t worry, you’ll have a taste, a bite, the entire thing once it’s out
thnks
Vini is such a tease
This here wins the show for me
the year is 2025 and the launch is still being prepared kkk
hey @vini_brito - how’s this going? Any updates on timeframe?
I don’t think it will be anytime soon, since it seems that he was mainly focused on his new course here: New plugin making course with all-included and no-knowledge-spared [15 July 2021] - Showcase - Bubble Forum
We’ll see!
@CADEB
Ha, I appreciate the mention! Indeed I focused a lot on that, but don’t worry, I don’t work alone I will unveil a powerful tool in the next couple months more or less. I’m getting additional workforce (ahem, interns) to speed it up, but for now that’s the current ETA.
The launch date for this has had more extensions than a COVID lockdown
Something is happening… @vini_brito - When we can start using it
Optimistic scenario is somewhere between 2 and 3 months from now. Possibly a christmas gift.
About the other scenarios, don’t ask
is the “open plugins” section no longer there?
@serviluvapp
Hi Nick! Yes, you can now use the Mail channels section to subscribe to news about this one
This is exactly what happens when a company leaves the development of the most crucial aspects of a product to their user base. Just to summarize: Somebody is raising money from the community to build a plug-in, is hyping up the entire community, tells them it will be released “in the next 7-14 days” for almost 1.5 years (WTF), promising a launch “very soon” over and over just to tell them at the end of the day it may be released as a “Christmas gift”. In the meantime, there is still no good solution for the problem people raised years ago.
I think Covid 19 come and end during this project development.
LOL
Not a nice thing for technology product in my opinion.
Hey all, just FYI @vini_brito said we can expect it as a Christmas gift but didn’t mention whether it would be this Christmas or next Christmas. So don’t be too optimistic
