@rapidevelopers Would someone be able to tell me where I’m going wrong please? My single option checkboxes keep unchecking. Here’s the process in debug mode: Screen Recording 2024-03-23 at 15.50.58.mov - Google Drive

It seems Step 4 and Step 5 on the original app are not happening due to the ‘only when’, but for the life of me I can’t see what’s different with mine.

In the meantime, we recommend creating a new template copy and comparing default workflows within the single-option questions. This will allow you to identify differences, if any.
