Group/elements hiding behind other group

Element that i would like to implement onto the app is hiding behind other groups/elements.

How do i fix this and stop it from happening?

and yeah of course i clicked bring to front

In the element tree, you can drag and drop elements to reorder. Might be worth trying in your case.

Yeah i tried that, still hid behind it. ended up deleting everything and redoing it.
