Group Slide In/Out Transitions without fade (example provided)

Does anyone know how to create the affect of a Slide In / Out for a Group without the fading animation?

You can use SlideLeft/Right. You will need to make to group invisible on page load. Then tick collapse when hidden and animate the collapse operation. Select animation style.

That is amazing!!!

I completely forgot to mention that it is a floating group… I tried your mention, but sadly that animation doesn’t appear because it’s a floating group :frowning:

Any other ways?? (minus the Animation function in Workflows)

Hi, can you please try “Element Actions > Animate” workflow to show hide the floating group with slide effect when an icon or button is clicked.

Other ways might need to use javascript I think.

I have tried the Element Actions > Animate one, but, sadly it doesn’t slide all the way out. Just about 15% of the way and fades out in the process (or fades in)

I appreciate your help nonetheless!! :slight_smile: I will definitely use your first idea for anything that isn’t a floating group.
