GroupFocus Dynamic resizing

Hey All,
I hope someone has a solution to this, how can you make sure the groupfocus is resizing according to the input line/group size, its always just a bit off.

Something like this should do it:

<style>
#group_focus {
  max-width: myElement's width px !important;
}
</style>

where myElement’s width is a dynamic value of the reference element’s width.
