Hello, I need to understand how to make a private chat

So on our website Cosmic forums. We are making a Forums obviously for people to come in and do whatever they need within business rules. So in the support box I have I want people to be able to open it up and be able to contact administrators. But how would that be possible between two people? I tried it before with emails but that didn’t work out as intended. Any solutions to this?

Hi @vexxdistributions - I created a 5-video how-to series for creating chat capabilities between users. It doesn’t use email between users but with some tweaks it could. You’d also want to modify the design so users would be contacting your app’s administrator(s).
