I tried searching for tutorials and posts but all seem to be about importing CSV, excel files through the app data viewer in the back end.
I already have a paid plan and know how to do this, but what I need is a similar function but for front end users.
The user will be able to upload an excel/CSV file in a specific format and template and it will automatically populate the database for them.
Is there a plugin that will be able to do this?

It is done in a workflow, you use Data (Things) Upload data as CSV
You need to get the headers in the CSV to map those in your database.
