Help with Administrator Panel, getting information from one page to another

So, I am making a Dispatch system for my father and their friends. They own a car transportation company. I am getting good progress but there is a slight problem. I need to make an admin panel that only admins can access with a certain account. The problem: I dont know how to make it. I also am still trying to get information from one panel to another.
