How can I add the RG column wise to a certain amount and then add the row wise

I am trying to display a dynamic data in a repeating group and I want the repeating group always centred because when the no. Of data is less than the nom of column I set in the RG:s property editer it will leaves a blank space with no data and also I want to show (3 column wise data for eg)
