You can’t do responsive or fluid layouts – that site is most likely floating elements that make it look somewhat fluid/responsive. There are many posts asking when it will come. This one even has a comment that it’s coming soon from December. Is bubble Responsive?
We can only hope that it’s right around the corner.

Is there a timeline for when fluid layouts/responsiveness will be available?
There’s so many design layouts that I’m not able to easily implement due to the lack of options in layout.
My left sidebar (white area) can’t be specified as a percentage so it isn’t able to show the complete height of the window.
My header cannot stretch the full width of the screen.
You have to specify background colors in two places (“Background style” and “Central page area background style”), but for some reason…
Thanks looking forward to it
I would really love to see responsive layouts and I know it’s on your roadmap (hopefully sooner than later), but in the meantime is it possible to allow us to specify percentages for elements (i.e width = 100%)?
Thanks Emmanuel!
Just one last question, is it responsive? Is it going to adapt to the screen resolution in order to have the full page always visible?
That is because the header element has a fixed width. To achieve the effect of having the header look like it fills the width of the page, add a stripe to the page with the header’s height that has the same background color. Responsiveness is still in the works, so you’ll have to rely on this method.
