How can I recreate an Image cropper like this?

I am trying to figure out rather there is a way to build an image cropper like this one naturally through bubble. Or do I need to go the plug in route?

Also there is a zooming feature.

My thoughts is that I can have a custom state on the buttons that will change the image size. But is there a way to have a preview of it like in the photo?
