So, how can we provide a better user experience based on what the user is telling us indirectly, like he searches for certain types of listings in our website and so the next searches we give him better results. How ca we do that? cookies, AI …?

Have you looked into HotJar or Full Story?

HotJar is pretty popular for product performance throughout the industry - if I recall, there are some posts here in the forum about them.

You can use hotjar. Just sign up for a free account and set up recordings. Then copy paste the tracking code in the SEO/metapage area in editor and you’re good to go.
