When creating a new app, it offers the template selection, but I didn’t choose one.
Now I have a blank app and I want to find/apply a marketplace template for it.
How do I do that?
thanks.

Hello @eg_d welcome to the forum!
If you did not choose a template you are now left with building the app without one.
This is actually a good thing if you are beginning your journey with Bubble!
Templates come with logic built by someone. To figure things out adds complexity to your journey. Also, the app performs based on that author’s approach to building (UI, logic, dB model, etc). There are different ways to skin a cat as they say.
Much better to learn from scratch.
As you become more familiar with Bubble you can create different apps with templates and study them. And incorporate what you feel makes sense to your app. This will add substantially to your learning.
Unfortunate. I don’t want to re-invent the wheel here.
But you did kind of make me feel better about it.
The real frustrating thing about it is that I can’t just scrap the app and start again because that app has the app name I want to use, and they are unrecoverable once deleted.
Thanks for your reply.
Hi @eg_d,
The app name is just an internal thing, you can always add a custom domain then it’ll no longer be seen
AS @johnny kindly suggested this is nothing that you should worry about. Once you publish your app you can choose to do so with your preferred domain or subdomain.
The internal app name can be in gibberish if needed
