How to build bidding into a marketplace

Hi,

I’m currently just learning Bubble and have a question.

  1. Is building a bidding system into a marketplace type app capable within Bubble without coding? Wanting to build an app that users can list a 2nd hand personal item then other users can view the auction and bid on the auction. I’m also wanting a countdown timer so obviously the auction can end at a certain time that is visable right throught the auction page to both the buyer and seller.

ANy help would be much appreciated!

Yes all feasible there are many examples of Marketplaces built on Bubble.

Bidding: It would work by having listing’s price = current price + new user input.
The timer: You could do by setting up a condition that says X days after listing created HIDE LISTING or show LISTING ENDED message for example.
