How to send email notification?

Hi guys,

I have created a notification system with the help of this twitter clone:

My notification system works exactly like that shown in above article, now I also want to send my users to email the same notification that they see in the app, but with customisation (like logo image and a fancy message in the email).

How do I trigger sending email to a user when the notification workflow works?

Doesn’t the Send email action with dynamic content from Step X in your notification workflow work ?

I haven’t done email customization but from my understanding you could use a Sendgrid template for that
