How to send out email to set of Users that meet a criteria?

I use it as a match system:

every user has a wish list of items and list of items that sells.

any item has an attached list of “users wishlisting that item”

when somebody create a new sell, if the item exists, all the user in the item’s “users wishlisting that item” within a certain range are notified instantly via email.

Hey Nigel !

When I create the workflow “schedule API workflow” I don’t have the field “UserId” which is necessary if I understood well.

The User will be sent to your sendmail workflow so you can pick up any field on the User there.
