How to set "Make Changes to current user" with another data type value

In my Sign up workflow I have a step which requires me to set a column on the user.

My data types are as follows;

1. Content

• order

2. User

• currentcontent : field type is Content

In the workflow I’ve selected “Do a Search for” and have the constraints to be “order = 1” to select the correct Content.

I would have thought this would be it but doesn’t seem like its correct. Even when I select the first item, I get an error.

What am I doing wrong?
