How to transfer the template, data & workflow from one of my app to another my app

I would like to transfer the template, data & workflow from one of my app to another my app.

so the problem is, I have done all the changes in one app. But I would like to transfer the changes into another app as that app has different plan.

Please help

You can copy / paste with workflow your page items grouped. Works best if you’ve already created a matching data structure to minimize workflows that have to be manually fixed. Other option is to duplicate your app. Not a perfect solution
