I have to use VPN to be able to open bubble.io/myapp

Bubble editor nor app opening. From mobile or laptop… Except when i use VPN. i am located in Middle east. it used to work fine and i do get the same message sometimes but it connect by itself. but since today morning the issue persist

I don’t see this issue in the US, but maybe try to ping them at support@bubble.io since you can’t access their website at all. I believe they do check their inbox for any work emergencies.

It is bad when you have demanding clients asking why is this happening and you can not do or say anything or talk with someone like live chat support you only have email or bug report system. i don’t need to have chat support in 90% of time or it has been months since i needed any support to be honest but there are moments you that there is a live chat support or someone to talk to instead of waiting reply. With the time difference between US and anywhere in the world. I wonder if they check their email at night time which is morning where i live .

No clue, but hopefully they have a system in place for urgent requests like these. It’s about 1 almost 2 PM over there in New York, so I would probably not expect something from them during these hours. Which is frustrating but isn’t something we have control over
