Hello everyone,
I was using Bubble to build an app for a client, and I needed to import a large CSV file (35k rows) containing French zip codes and city names (see screenshot).
However, during the import process, I received an error message stating that the import had failed. So, I casually tried to do it again, but this time my page refreshed, and the Starter plan I was on got canceled, switching me back to the free plan. This completely locked my account. Now, I can’t delete an app, create a new one, or even subscribe to another plan.
I’ve contacted support, but it’s been several days, and I still haven’t received any response or update. I have no idea what happened or how to fix it, and I’m unsure if I will be able to use the account again.
Did it ever happen to anyone?
