Input inside repeating group

I would like to make a repeating group like below (with the input inside the repeating group):

I know how to do a repeating group when your input data are outside the repeating group, but i want have them inside the repeating group. But when i put my input data inside the repeating group i can’t get and store them in the workflow (creation new thing…)…

Do you know could i do please?
