My idea is to build an app to help kids learn English. I would like to make use of AI to recognize the sentence structure / syntax but not sure how to do. Any suggestions / plugin suitable?

You can implement the “Analyze Syntax” feature. It returns the syntax of the sentence that you input.
You can also look into creating a OpenAI prompt to recognize patterns in sentence. Start looking into plugins like: OpenAI Language Task Plugin | Bubble
