International Phone Input in repeating group

I want to add International Phone Input (bubble plugin) in repeating group with edit functionality.
There will be field in database named “phone numbers” contain list of phone numbers.
I want to display each number in phone numbers list as International Phone Input. I can change phone number too on change of International Phone Input.
