Another day, another ‘non-outage’ outage
Same issue here
Cannot write a contains constraint on column of type list.custom.product1
It’s the same problem. The search function is unusable, which is critical for our service.
That is a lot every day yesterday the same one day you better stop playing with our time your service is not reliable
I went straight to the Bubble status page to check if there was any issue when I first started noticing this and it said everything was ok, would be good if that could be updated quicker in instances like this.
Your response is too slow. Please get your act together.
Fede, please don’t forget to update the status page.
The Brazilian WhatsApp groups of the Bubble community are flooding with users who have no idea what’s going on.
We check the status page immediately to understand what’s happening — and if it’s updated, it gives us peace of mind knowing the issue is already being handled.
Yes, I am getting the same error message:
Cannot write a contains constraint on column of type list.custom.quote
My search is not matching against a list constraint, but a single value.
quote_to_invoices is a resusable element with a “Type of Content” as a Thing from the database (billing_file)
super weird, i’m also seeing the same error message, but only for some users… depends on their roles. for some of them, some elements are not visible anymore when there’s no visibility conditions for these elements.
So, apparently we’re all getting the same error message, but the impact is different for many of us… Hope it gets fixed soon
completly agree
The status page is not reliable, i always come to the forum to check
Admitting an outage in the forum doesn’t impact historic uptimes for Bubble. Updating the status page does…
Exactly
Hey, how do i get added to this group?
It’s really concerning that we’ve been facing these issues again since yesterday — apps getting slower, searches not working — and yet the status page still shows everything as operational.
This isn’t the first time Bubble avoids reflecting problems on the status page and instead leaves us to discover the issues only here in the forum. Managing outages internally without transparency just creates more frustration, especially for those of us dealing with paying customers who rely on our apps.
If there’s a widespread issue, it should immediately be reflected on the status page. Please stop hiding outages from the official page and let everyone know what’s really happening.
BUBBLE, this is still a problem???
@dcitellytraining Unfortunately, they do seem to make a habit of avoiding taking responsibility lately. Up to today they have not officially acknowledged their systems failures that caused workflow runaways a few months ago.
Still down 30+ minutes since the last update. These kind of critical, app breaking missteps are impossible to explain to my customers.
Same issue here
Error: OwnerError
Message: Cannot write a contains constraint on column of type list.custom.xxxxx
Same issue. Repeating groups are not populating with data.
