Is bubble down? Searches aren't working [SEPT 16]

@fede.bubble
This is not the first time this happens, and it’s becoming unacceptable. I should not have to check the forum to find out that something is down. The status page is pointless if it doesn’t reflect the real state of your tool, especially when critical features are affected.

I just wasted almost an hour trying to understand why things weren’t working, while clients were getting increasingly upset. This entire situation could have been avoided if the status page had been properly updated.

This pattern is damaging trust. The status page must be accurate and updated immediately whenever issues occur.

Thanks for posting on the Forum, but many Bubble users wouldn’t think of checking the forum.

Status Page should be updated otherwise it’s useless at best, if not outright counterproductive.

hey all, the latest reports (within 10-15 mins) are most likely unrelated to the original problem that started this thread.

Are you all submitting bug reports? It would help

Same here, and i Submitted a report.

Yeah, same issue here:

Cannot write a contains constraint on column of type list.custom.company_settings

Exactly. Belive it or not, there are developers out there that doesnt even know about the forum. Updating the status page should be the first action on this case

Fede, the same issue involving option set lists is still being reported. It hasn’t been resolved.

Are the searches working yes o NO?

my multi-select drop downs with search merged with search as the list of options are all failing.

I’m also getting an error in the deubugger (not sure if related to multi-select)

Cannot write a contains constraint on column of type list.custom.user

EDIT: I have submitted a detailed bug report.

no, that’s the whole point of this feed ^^

@dcitellytraining

Well, some searches are. But it seems to be related to permissions in the privacy tab.

The problem we’re all having is related to the error “Cannot write a contains constraint on column of type…”.

Honestly, opening bug reports on Bubble is quite a frustrating experience — every time it takes days for them to reply, usually when the issue no longer exists.

On top of that, we have to go back and forth through several messages arguing that the problem is on the platform’s side (considering the forum is on fire about it) before the report is escalated to a more qualified engineer.

Who will then simply reply that they can no longer reproduce the issue, since days have already passed since the initial report.

THERE WE GO, status updated

It’s on the statuts page as well

Neat. Also impressive that they have a record breaking 108% “successful system api requests” :sweat_smile:

it spiked up to 3,100% earlier this morning, the average is 108%… very weird

…. but for some reason, they’ve wiped that from the status page? Now it shows 100% always, no massive spike.

cool!! I like when status page shows that bubble is working on it.

I’m in panic mode until then - bc I i think it’s my fault
