This is not the first time this happens, and it’s becoming unacceptable. I should not have to check the forum to find out that something is down. The status page is pointless if it doesn’t reflect the real state of your tool, especially when critical features are affected.
I just wasted almost an hour trying to understand why things weren’t working, while clients were getting increasingly upset. This entire situation could have been avoided if the status page had been properly updated.
This pattern is damaging trust. The status page must be accurate and updated immediately whenever issues occur.
Exactly. Belive it or not, there are developers out there that doesnt even know about the forum. Updating the status page should be the first action on this case
The problem we’re all having is related to the error “Cannot write a contains constraint on column of type…”.
Honestly, opening bug reports on Bubble is quite a frustrating experience — every time it takes days for them to reply, usually when the issue no longer exists.
On top of that, we have to go back and forth through several messages arguing that the problem is on the platform’s side (considering the forum is on fire about it) before the report is escalated to a more qualified engineer.
Who will then simply reply that they can no longer reproduce the issue, since days have already passed since the initial report.
