Is the 'Oh no!' error page really appropriate for a real business?

Guys, the downtime is impactful enough, do we really need to be embarrassed by the amateur hour error page?

Agree. How hard could it be to allow the customers (us) to customize it by app?

letting us customize it is not technically possible probably, since this is a system page not related to any app. but at least make it a well formatted page, with less text providing better information

Since Bubble was down, I don’t think we would have been able to customize the message via the app.

But I’m sure Bubble could have created a better message. The one that was displayed really isn’t a good experience for customers/users trying to access our apps.

Yeah, this needs to be fixed.

Agreed. This message is trying to do too much. It just needs to be simple and informative.

Yes, it could be better.

I mean, if the app is down, how are your users going to report the code to the team?

Or is this for the app owner?

Either way, it could use some improvement to be made clearer

Yeah, I don’t care about customizing it but a simple, professional page doesn’t seem too much to ask.
