Issue with Banner not be enabled

Hello @emmanuel,

I seem to be having an issue with Bubble’s banner not being enabled, I had to downgrade due to financial issues. I can’t access my website through live version because the banner isn’t active apparently, but I can’t seem to find it through the editor settings to reactive the banner. I may be blind and missing it, but I’ve checked a few times.

UPDATE: Found out that this issue is only occurring in live mode, I’ve tried to deploy an updated version of the application but it didn’t do anything. Would love some insight, if I need to contact support, I will need the lovely email. :smiley:

Hey @GregoryKing!

I don’t think there’s an option to enable the banner. If you had a domain associated with your paid plan, have you deleted it since downgrading?
