I have been having issues with initiating the backend workflow to send emails through Sendgrid API. When initiated, sendgrid did not receive the API call eventhough I tried to manually reinitialise the API call on API Connector and it worked. The issues arise since this new UI is released. Would really appreciate someone support here.
p/s: I have checked the serverlogs and could not find anything solid to help resolve the issue 
In this case, does the API Connector initialize/reinitialize work, but when you try to run it in your workflow, it doesn’t work? Can you share some screenshots so we can help you?
Yes, the API connector reinitialise worked, but the workflow did not. I have attached the screenshots above. Appreciate your help here.
you probably aren’t escaping your subject line or preheader. try to catch the error with another step in your workflow
