How should I know what areas I failed in?
How can I improve my grade to succeed in the exam if I don’t know what I failed in?
Are there some topics that I should focus on very much? or should I just go over the manual and read it all and study it?

What were the question categories that you feel like you struggled most with? Identify them and study them.
Lots of free resources - read the Bubble manual and documentation, read posts on the Forum, watch @gregoryjohn’s videos on youtube… plenty of stuff.
@petter’s books are a great paid resource that teach you how to think rather than just tell you information. I found them very valuable when i was starting out.
He’s the person behind Bubble’s documentation revamp, he’s done great things for the community.

Certification commitee are pushing for a breakdown of score by topic so you can see which topics to focus on (e.g privacy, APIs, front-end) 
When will this happen? (When will I be able to see what areas I was lacking?)
