Launched app having issues saving data

when i am in the preview for my add everything works the data i input saves and is viewable but once i launch my app and try to input data and save it it does not save please do help thank you

Might be that inadvertently you might be running the session logged out. Try creating a user inside the dB and open the session by running it as that user:

That is not the issue im unsure but i tried it and it still didn’t work everything saves when im in the de-bug preview but once launch and using published version the saving doesn’t work

Try different browsers and incognito as well

Perhaps is a dB issue. The live dB is empty when you go live. Maybe the dev dB has data that the RGs can display … while your live dB is empty thus the live RGs do not have anything to display.
