I have submitted a bug report for this, but wondering if anyone else is having these issues and if they have any solutions?
We have a sign up page that has the workflow “Log the user in”, which we have been using for years, but recently we have been having very inconsistent results with this. Plenty of live users are going through this process with success and others are getting this Bubble error code “Error Getting Server Outcome”
We have several workflows/steps that run after this Log the user in where we use the functionality of “current user …” and without the user logged in, this functionality doesn’t work.
Is there any way to run the Log the user in step and then have some way to know when that step has actually logged them in and if so, then we can proceed. If it doesn’t log them in, then we need to have them try again?
No idea if related but an app that has been previously working is now having very strange login issues - whereby either it does not log the user in and navigate accordingly (subsequent clicks of “Log In” go unregistered/do nothing. Or else it logs in but takes 30+ seconds for it to do so.
Equally strange is that this also seems to occur on “Log Out”. Either it takes ages to actually log the user out and navigate, or nothing happens at all (as if the button is unclickable).
These are workflows that have worked and have not been touched for months. It is affected Live apps, will raise a support ticket but don’t exactly have days to wait around for a response in this situation…..
