Hi everyone, I’m having a strange login issue with some users.
One user is currently logged in and using the app normally in Chrome on their phone, but when they try to log in with the same account on a PC or Safari, Bubble returns:
“We didn’t find an account with those login credentials.”
The account definitely exists and has successfully authenticated before. They’ve also manually typed the email and password, so it doesn’t appear to be autofill.
Has anyone experienced Bubble authentication working on one device/browser but rejecting the same credentials on another? What would you recommend checking?
Hello,
No matter what the user says, this kind of error is likely to be a user typing error, or a weird extension on a given device.
Check the URL, make sure the user is using the correct environment, and try to get a visio or video recording of the user actions.
Hi @mdimiskova ,
I faced same issue previously.
This issue can generally occur when JavaScript is disabled in Safari or when a browser extension, privacy setting, or content blocker interferes with the login process.
Please ensure that JavaScript is enabled in the browser and temporarily disable any extensions, ad blockers, or content blockers before trying to log in again.
