Bubble not finding login credentials (bug?)

This is a problem my clients have had for a while and I’ve been cracking my head to solve, but so far wasn’t able to reproduce. Until now: I got a new computer and this problem finally happened with me.

The problem is: even with correct login and password, I get the “Didn’t find credentials” message.

Here is some context and things I’ve tried:

  • Tried giving a “temporary” password: problem persists
  • Tried cleaning cache and changing browsers/wifi: problem persists
  • Tried all the above and creating a new login page (simpler): problem persists
  • Browser logs:
  • Bubble logs:

edit: when I try loggin in with a different account, it works!
I can provide more context uppon request. I have no idea what might be causing this =/

I’m not sure if you enabled sign in with Google, but if this is the case - I believe Google sign in doesn’t work if you also have a username & password field sign in form. What I meant was, if you’ve previously created an account & used the manual way of signing up & signing in - it doesn’t translate over to Google.

If that’s not the issue - you may have to check if you’re using the credentials from the correct version of Bubble. I’ve read that it has happened where people mistakenly confused live version VS test version. But, I also noted that you mentioned clients. This means it has to be on live mode. So, I’m 99% sure this isn’t the issue.

If it is neither - perhaps you could provide more info on this?

It’s neither of these…

Unfortunately, all the details I could provide are in the post =/
