Hello - I’m new to the LCNC world and I’m looking for anyone willing to talk to me about their journey! I’ve run HR Programs and organizational processes for startups and large companies for over 18 years and outside of work, I’m a self-taught programmer proficient in JS and SQL. For the first time, the LCNC world gives me a chance to combine HR and programming. I’m just getting started launching my own shop to build custom internal tools for HR teams. I’m looking to speak to folks whose journey can give me some perspective.
