How to create a menu like picture? when user click on the Top meenu, the Group will popout.
also i want an admin panel to change the content inside the sub-menu is it possible?

All of this is possible, you have controls on Groups which you can set to make them visible or not visible based upon whether other elements are clicked/hovered. Kinda sounds like what you’re trying to achieve here, have you gone through some of the tutorials? There will be video which more than likely explains how to do this.
