Does anyone know if it is possible to move a SITE I build to another person’s account?
My reasoning is in the event I build a site for a client/friend and teach them how to manage it (use bubble), I will not need it on my personal account.

you could try going to Professional plan, adding collaborator, then removing yourself and next month guy can go other (eg. cheaper) plan if needed?
But if you build many projects for customers - maybe you should think about this:

For a start, under Settings | Collaboration you have Invite and Transfer buttons, but their usage depends from your plan. The personal plan allows to transfer your app to another “admin”.
