Too basic. I can do this with a simple prompt on any AI client.

“This is my email, make it look pretty”. That’s essentially all I have to say to the AI.

I’d introduce some more customization, maybe some pre-made templates and what-not. There just isn’t anything there I would consider “useful” as a tool.

Also, your styling needs some more “oompf”. Font doesn’t look right, the borders need to either be more transparent or non-existing, and the padding just looks off. Not to mention the app is not mobile friendly, which is big takeaway.

Edit: Not bad for your first app. Here is my first app. Please note I have had prior design experience.

Yes i agree that the design of the website is too Basic. Actually, My focus is now on how AI Email Writer can be helpful to users. I would like to know what the users requirements are to be added in this tool You have mentioned pre-made templates to be added. This is good; i am think about including it. But please, I have added a few options, such as tone, to create emails as per the different writing styles. I have created a dynamic prompt based to the app and not an simple plain prompt. Thank you very much and looking forward for your more comments.

Hi,

It’s an interesting app that I’ll definitely use in the coming days, but here’s some feedback :slight_smile:

  • Home, Feedback, Blog, Log in, and Sign up are not working (the header buttons).
  • The user can submit empty feedback, without writing anything, which could be an infrastructure problem if they use an auto-click and click that button a million times.
  • The user can click the email generation button without writing anything, again, this could cause an infrastructure problem if they are malicious.

You can fix this by enabling this function in your inputs:

  • The copyright message does not have your company’s name.
  • No social media button works.
  • There is no character limit, whereas the AI only accepts up to a certain limit, if exceeded, it results in an error.

I believe the above errors are due to you still validating the project and not being 100% in production mode. Now, some cool tips:

  • When the user clicks to generate the email, the default bubble loading occurs and this can be a bit dull, try to find a loading plugin (there is one that stays on if the page is loading and off if it’s not loading, I use it to trigger a loading animation (lottie) every time the page is loading).
  • The design could be improved and made responsive (try to get inspiration from the site https://quillbot.com/, they are great in this regard!)

Even though anyone can do the same thing your site does using Chat-GPT, believe it or not, many people don’t have that knowledge. Humans prefer quick and easy, not creating prompts in a chatbot AI. I have a mother who was amazed when she saw that she had a chatbot on her own WhatsApp, and she didn’t even know or know how to use ChatGPT (and probably wouldn’t use it because she would find it complex). Sometimes, simplifying things can be a great business strategy. Good luck and I hope everything goes well :hugs:!
