I am on the Professional Plan… I would check with tech support to see if there is a difference or some anomaly.
Yes, I will send bubble an email. This will probably be easy to solve.
But thank you for all your help! This Community is awesome.
There is no CNAME and TXT records any more. They were used for emailing, but now we use sendgrid so it’s a different system. It says you’re good so you’re good
Thanks Emmanuel. Domain is up and running!
thanks Emmauel, thought I was going crazy as my other app had the CNAME and TXT records.
Do I need to change any settings or remove the records in my app that has them?
Only if you want to start using SendGrid to send emails. This is better as you can use their dashboard, use templates, etc but it’s up to you.
A good tip here - have Namecheap set everything up for you. They have a live support client that allows you to get on the line with someone in a few minutes. Just hand off a screenshot of the Domains page for setup and they’ll take care of the rest.

I’ve just added my domain to my Bubble website. But, when I open the domain url all I see is the Namecheap registration details. Any ideas on how long it would take for my bubble website to show on my domain url? Here’s the domain: www.tumuka.co
Looks like it’s connected correctly now.
Good job on the site
It started working a few hours late.
Thank you
The actual website will be launching in 2 weeks
