I am currently developing a feature in my app that requires users to be able to reset their passwords from within the application. I’ve been searching for a built-in workflow action called “reset password” but I haven’t had any luck finding it in the editor.
It’s right in the middle of your screenshot 
“send password reset email”

That one is a security vulnerability, use the action @artemzheg showed, it does both actions in a secure way.
