Need help publishing the app to the stores

Hello friends!
I have such a question - I need to build a simple app and publish it in the stores. I have experience in building on Bubble, so it shouldn’t be a problem. There are a number of questions I need your help on, namely:

  1. The app envisions 2 roles. One of them needs a mobile version, and the other needs to be able to log in through both the app and the web page. Question: what is the right way to build the whole app in this case - all on one page, but adaptive or can it be on different pages, but when publishing to the store choose what will be published?
  2. The application has a function to record videos up to 1 minute long. Please recommend a service where these files can be stored, as I think the base from Bubble will quickly run out and become quite expensive. I am ready to consider all suggestions and ideas.
  3. this will be my first publication in the store. Please share a roadmap of what I need to do to successfully publish the app to the storas.
