Need help with Agora Plugin

Every time I join a conference that I have created, this screen image pops up? Why is that?

When this screen appears, it typically means the video stream isn’t starting due to one of a few reasons: either the camera is blocked at the browser or device level, or the plugin configuration (such as the App ID, certificates, or tokens) is incorrect. It’s also possible that the necessary workflows to enable the video stream when joining the conference are not properly set up.

Start by ensuring that your browser or app has access to the camera and microphone. Check the plugin settings in your application to confirm that your Agora credentials (App ID, App Certificate, and tokens if used) are correctly configured.

Also, we tested the plugin on our demo page and everything works as it should.

Hello, the issue has been resolved. I don’t know if the plugin is buggy or if it’s from Agora end. The video call is working again and I didn’t do anything to make it work, it just happened to be working again. But how will I know that the same issue won’t happen again. Why did it give that image? How do I ensure that this doesn’t happen again? This is concerning.

We’re not sure why this happened. It could be that you changed some settings in the plugin actions, which fixed the behavior, or it could have been an issue with Agora itself.
