Need some help in understanding how the plugin subscription works

I am developing an application for a client and I installed this plugin in my app. This is a paid plugin and I paid once for this plugin
Full Calendar IO Plugin | Bubble”.

When I installed this plugin my app was on the personal plan but later I shifted it to professional plan but this plugin got unsubscribed. How could this be possible? Do we need to resubscribe every time we change the app’s plan? What about the payment that we have done before. Is it compensated.

Did you subscribe to it or purchase it via a one off fee?

If you subscribed and then downgraded to the fee tier by accident during the switch the professional that would be the cause of the unsubscribe.

I purchased the plugin via one off fee and changed the app’s plan from personal to professional and it got unsubscribed.

That’s bizarre behaviour indeed. I definitely recommend reaching out to the Bubble support team so they can dive in and find out what went wrong.
